TECHNICAL DATA SHEET
LASER CUT ANTISPATTER FLUID
Superior Protection for Laser and Plasma Machine Grids
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
LASER CUT ANTISPATTER FLUID is applied to the machine grids using a mechanical or pressure sprayer. This sticky slag can then be easily removed by tapping, shaking over the lamella, using a grid scraper, or with a brush. Use the sprayer 1-3 times per week, or as soon as cleaning the slag from the lamellas becomes difficult. Reapply a new layer with the sprayer as needed. Any residue should be rinsed off with lukewarm water or an alkaline cleaning agent. Protect collective containers from splashes and slag by directly spraying the surfaces with a sprayer or roller.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
Ensure you work in well-ventilated areas. Use appropriate protective clothing, gloves, and, if necessary, protective goggles and a mask.
FIRST AID MEASURES:
In case of spillage, remove contaminated clothing and wash the skin with soap and water. If contact with the eyes occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with a large amount of water for 10-15 minutes. If ingested, rinse mouth well and drink large quantities of water (at least 0.5 liters). Seek medical help if symptoms persist.
PACKAGING:

ECOLOGICAL CONSIDERATIONS:
LASER CUT ANTISPATTER FLUID is an eco-friendly product that prevents spattering particles and slag from adhering to the grids of laser machines. It is suitable for use in protecting collective containers and does not affect subsequent surface treatments as it contains no silicones. This extends the lifespan of the grids, significantly saving time and money in operations.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
- Specifically designed for protecting grids in laser and plasma machines.
- Prevents molten slag from sticking to the edges and surfaces of the grids, thereby vastly extending their service life and leading to considerable production savings.
- The effect of the extended lifespan is most noticeable in lamellas with flat, trapezoidal, and oval contact surfaces.
- The lifespan of the grid is determined solely by the wear on the contact surfaces due to cutting.
- Based on an ecological formula, this product does not require dilution and should be stored in conditions above 0°C.
