LASER CUT ANTI-SPATTER FLUID
A specially developed liquid for the protection of grids in laser and plasma machines. It prevents molten slag from sticking to the edges and surfaces of the grids, significantly extending their lifespan, which results in substantial operational cost savings. The effect of prolonging the lifespan is most noticeable on slats with flat, trapezoidal, or oval-shaped contact surfaces of the grid.
Shake well before use. Apply with a mechanical or pressure sprayer to the slats of the grid. The sticky slag can then be easily removed using a scraper for grids, by tapping on the slats, or with a brush. The spray is typically used 1-3 times a week. When it becomes difficult to remove the slag from the slats during cleaning, it’s time to reapply the product. If necessary, baked parts can also be protected from splashing or slag; apply the product directly to the baked material with the same sprayer or roller.
